Every Home Global Concern (EHGC) is committed to the safety and wellbeing of all children and seeks to protect them from abuse and exploitation. EHGC supports and upholds the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC, 1989). EHGC has a duty of care to protect children through the programs with which we are involved. EHGC takes this responsibility seriously. EHGC is taking correct measures to identify, manage and reduce the risk of child abuse in all aspects of EHGC’s programs.
Every Home Global Concern is committed to the safety and well being of all children. We support the rights of children and will act without hesitation to ensure a child safe environment is maintained.
Every Home Global Concern is committed to the protection of children from harm, abuse and exploitation. Children have a right to survival, development, protection and participation as stated in the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. (UNCRC Every Home Global Concern will uphold these rights.
Every Home Global Concern takes its duty of care seriously and will aim at all times to provide the safest possible programs and environments for children.
This Child Protection policy applies to anyone who represents Every Home Global Concern, including staff, volunteers, Board and Committee member, consultants, full time, part time, international and national employees and those engaged in short term contracts such as, but not limited to, consultancies, researchers, photographers and any other individual or group that has contact with the organisation.
This policy applies to Every Home Global Concern representatives at all times, both during and outside normal working hours when they are representing the agency.
